You will also benefit from generous remote area salary packaging arrangements (50% rent tax free or 50% interest on home loan tax free); an attraction and retention allowance will be negotiated and you will have opportunities in professional development and training.
This fully integrated rural public health service provides care to a population of approximately 30,000, with a strong focus on person-centred care. The 140+ bed facility sees cat 3, 4 and 5 presentations and 15,000 attendances to the ED per year with a 20% paediatric case-load.
Based in sub-regional Victoria (3.5 hours north-west of Melbourne airport), you will be surrounded by natural wonders including lakes, rivers and forests with varied bird life and plenty of fishing opportunities or picnic spots. This is the ideal location to explore natural parks and reserves, relax by the waterways and escape the everyday pressures. Indulge in the many delectable restaurants and cafes, sample locally grown in-season produce at the markets and be sure to visit the award-winning wineries.
