You will provide clinical leadership to a team of skilled senior clinicians and work together to promote a culture of safe, supported learning with the goal to obtain ACEM training accreditation in the near future. Your role will be a 50:50 split between clinical and administrative duties, or you may choose to take on a 0.5 VMO administrative role only.

You must hold FACEM and be eligible for Specialist registration with AHPRA. As an integral player in the clinical leadership and management team, you will be a senior clinical leader, able to appreciate the foundation laid by your predecessor whilst bringing a new perspective to the development and continuous improvement of services.
