As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for the provision of clinical assessment and psychiatric treatment for adults within the Mental Health Inpatient Unit as well as Community mental health settings. Outreach is supported by telephone consultation and videoconferencing, and clinical liaison is provided to hospitals within the region. Joining a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advice, consultation, liaison and support to health care professionals, other providers and care agencies, and to consumers and carers. On offer is a fixed-term contract for up to five years. Australia/NZ: Must hold FRANZCP and be eligible for Specialist registration with AHPRA.
UK/Ireland: Must hold MRCPsych/FRCPsych plus UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT/CCST) and have been practicing as a Consultant for 3 years or more.
USA: Must hold Certificate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and have been practicing as a Consultant for 3 years or more.
Canada: Must hold Fellowship in Psychiatry or Certificate in Psychiatry from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and have been practicing as a Consultant for 3 years or more.
