We are currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist for a full or part-time permanent position, within a 59-bed inpatient unit, situated in Southern Queensland. Here, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing specialist psychiatric care to the community or inpatient service, or within an integrated role.

This progressive mental health service integrates Acute and Community Services, including Adult Mental Health Service, Child and Youth Mental Health Service, Older Persons Mental Health Service, Triage and Acute Care Team, Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team and the Acute Mental Health Unit and Extended Inpatient Service. The Extended Inpatient Service provides specialist clinical services across Acquired Brain Injury Program, Dual Disability Program, Extended Treatment and Rehabilitation Program, Intellectual Disability Program, Older Persons Program, Secure Services Program and Living Skills Services.

To be successful in applying for this position you must hold FRANZCP or equivalent and be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
