Wavelength is seeking a motivated ENT surgeon for an exciting part time opportunity in Victoria. You will be joining a close knit team to provide the highest standards of specialist care and related clinical services to patients. You will participate in both inpatient and outpatient services including general assessment and patient management with a sense of pride and purpose in this service. You will participate in an on call roster with expertise to conduct a full range of emergency ENT procedures if necessary. Additionally, you will have an interest in leadership providing supervision and teaching of junior medical and other clinical staff as required. You will also promote a strong culture of team work whilst ensuring adequate record keeping and communication within the department.
This hospital has recently undergone a major $630 million development. Providing services to a catchment area of over 307 000, this facility hosts 372 beds alongside 11 operating theatres. Approximately 38,000 admissions are made per year for services including treatment at the integrated cancer care centre alongside Obstetric, Psychiatric and Coronary Care units. The Hospital also hosts its own child care and accommodation within the campus for ease of mind for patients and their families. The new state of the art emergency department sees over 50,000 presentations annually.

The successful candidate will be a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and be registered as a specialist with AHPRA.
