Within the role you will provide clinical care under the direction and guidance of experienced specialists and consultants. This opportunity will also see you supervise junior medical officers and pass on your hospital skills and knowledge to junior staff. You will also support junior staff in dealing with challenging situations and difficult patients, allowing you to develop your leadership skills.
You will be working in an acute regional referral hospital that is well-equipped, having undergone a significant redevelopment. The hospital services local communities within the Mid North Coast region of NSW. A range of specialist services are available to patients with a diverse range of elective and emergency cases. To be successful in applying for this position you must provide evidence of a Medical Qualification and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and demonstrate recent clinical Emergency Medicine experience. Applicants should hold three years post-graduate experience.
