The Position
As the Clinical Director of Ambulatory and Critical Care, you will offer innovative clinical leadership and management within the ACC directorate. You will collaborate closely with Clinical Unit Heads, the Director of Nursing, and other key stakeholders to maintain high standards of patient care and promote continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic initiatives, enhancing teamwork, and ensuring clinical excellence across multiple specialties, including Emergency, Intensive Care, Cardiology, and Renal Services.

Essential criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
• Current registration as a medical practitioner in Australia and fellowship with a respective college.
• Extensive clinical experience as a staff specialist, with a strong background in managing both clinical and non-clinical duties.
• Proven leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive change, manage resources effectively, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
