This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide specialist psychiatry services within a multidisciplinary community and hospital-based Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team. There are two full-time opportunities available, based at different hospitals within this broader health network. Within this role, you will undertake comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment that ensures best practice clinical interventions. You will also liaise with other clinical units and referring hospitals, specialists and GP’s.
You will enjoy a competitive salary with a remuneration value up to $411,049 p.a., including various allowances, professional development leave as well as professional indemnity and private practice arrangements. Overtime and on-call allowances are negotiable upon appointment.

You must have a demonstrated ability to work as an expert in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Australia/NZ: Must hold FRANZCP and be eligible for Specialist registration with AHPRA.
UK/Ireland: Must hold MRCPsych/FRCPsych plus UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT/CCST) and have been practicing as a Consultant for 3 years or more.
USA: Must hold Certificate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and have been practicing as a Consultant for 3 years or more.
Canada: Must hold Fellowship in Psychiatry or Certificate in Psychiatry from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and have been practicing as a Consultant for 3 years or more.
