Conditions:	08.00hrs Monday 3rd May to 08.00hrs Tuesday 4th May for Pre Anaesthetic Clinic and on call. 08.00hr to 17.00hrs Tuesday 18th May Urology list or Pre Anaesthetic Clinic
Credentials:	You must have Specialist Registration with AHPRA and have your Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA). You must either be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, an Australian Permanent Resident or on a 457 Temporary Work Visa.
