The Position

Are you a consultant psychiatrist seeking meaningful work with exceptional flexibility? We’re looking for psychiatrists with expertise in adult ADHD to provide telehealth assessments and ongoing care to clients across Australia. This is a fully remote, contract-based role where you’ll have full control over your schedule—whether you prefer full days, half days, or split hours. Enjoy the autonomy to shape your workload and clinical pace, supported by an experienced care coordination team and tech-enabled systems. With minimal administrative overhead, you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

Earning potential ranges from $2,500 to $4,000+ per 8-hour day (excluding GST), depending on your preferred balance between patient-facing time and admin.

The Clinic

The clinic is fast-growing, clinician-led telehealth service built to solve a growing problem—delivering accessible, high-quality ADHD care to patients who have historically been underserved. Their platform eliminates waitlists, reduces costs for patients, and provides psychiatrists with the tools, support, and autonomy to practice in a modern, efficient environment. Backed by experienced founders and driven by data and compassion, their mission is to improve the standard of ADHD care in Australia through smart systems and human-first values.

The Location

Wherever you feel most comfortable—your home office, a quiet room with a view, or even your favourite armchair—this role is 100% telehealth. As long as you're based in Australia and hold full specialist registration, you can work from anywhere. The clinical model is designed to support flexibility, work–life balance, and focused care without the commute.

Essential Criteria

  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP)
  • Specialist registration with AHPRA
