| Conditions: | Dates: Short time or long-term locum starting from 16th September 2024. Rates: 70% of total billing or $200 per hour There is a $20,000.00 bonus available if they complete a term of 12 months or longer (paid at the completion of the placement). • Accommodation is provided • Travel expenses (air fares or motor vehicle expenses - once only) • A motor vehicle will be supplied if required All clinics use Best Practice and are open standard business hours 9.00am to 5.00 pm, there will be no after hours or on call needed. | |||
| Credentials: | NSW Health paperwork (LHD Specific), NSW Health mandatory online training modules, proof of immunisations/vaccinations, CRC, NSW WWCC, Medicare Provider number. | |||
