Summary
Telehealth & in person ongoing positions providing NDIS support services to a GP-led provider
- Dates: Telehealth: Ongoing, critical coverage Nov 2025 – Feb 2026; Central Coast: ~1 day per week, ongoing
- Telehealth: afterhours on-call 2x days per week and 1 in 3 weekends. $500pd + $50 consult fee if required
- Central Coast: approx 1 day per week visiting fill house patients with support from RNs and area managers
- Service provided for complex patients requiring in-home care to reduce strain on hospital stays
