Matt joined the team at Wavelength after returning from the UK where he was working in education recruitment. With a Bachelor of Primary Education he loves making a difference in people’s lives.

Matt grew up in a rural town in Western Victoria, so understands a community’s need for access to medical services. He looks after locum junior (RMO) and middle grade (REG) doctor recruitment in emergency medicine and surgery.

Matt takes pride in really getting to know his candidates and listening to their needs whilst balancing what our healthcare employers are looking for, and always strives to deliver exceptional customer service day in, day out.
