Carole has over 14 years of Healthcare experience working in the UK for a number of years before joining Wavelength in 2008.
Experience recruiting across the Locum Hospital and GP divisions has developed her knowledge across a wide variety of specialties and has enabled her to visit rural and remote locations throughout Australia. 6 Months + (Ideally 2-8 hours per week or fortnight)
Consultations are undertaken remotely with patients located within the hospital outpatient department. A junior doctor will be present during consultations to provide assistance with any aspects.
The position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to assist rural communities. IT support & full training for the Telehealth platform is provided prior to the first session.
Must hold FRACP and current Specialist Registration with AHPRA. You must either be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permenant Resident & based in Australia at the the time of the consultations.

Various sessions each week
Hours are generally flexible for blocks of 2-3+ hours per clinic 0830-1700 Monday – Friday, there may also be some weekend opportunities depending on individual clients.
Access to reliable broadband internet and a suitable computer with web-camera and microphone are essential for any Telehealth positions.
To be successful in applying for Telehealth positions you must hold Fellowship in your specialty and specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Applicants must also be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
