Written by Amy Beddall | Mar 16, 2026 2:24:10 AM

Chloe has been making a meaningful impact by helping to fill critical medical gaps across Australia for many years with Wavelength, and we’re thrilled to welcome her back to the GP team. She’ll be working alongside Jane to support the permanent staffing needs of GP clinics.

Read on to learn more about Chloe and her journey!

What’s your role in the company, and what will you be focusing on with the GP team?

Permanent Recruitment Consultant – I’ll be focusing on placing GPs into permanent roles across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and NewZealand. I’ve been with Wavelength for almost seven years now, originally starting in the GP team before moving into Hospital Services, and I’ve recently re‑joined the GP team. Alongside my GP portfolio, I’ll continue working with Psychiatrists and Radiologists as well.

What drew you to medical recruitment?

I started out in childcare and then moved into childcare recruitment, childcare really sparked my passion for making a difference in the community. When I found Wavelength, medical recruitment felt like a natural next step, still meaningful, but with the chance to grow in a new area. Healthcare was a big shift, but it didn’t take long to see the impact Wavelength has on communities, and that’s what keeps me motivated.

What is a part of Australia you’d recommend people visit OR what part would you like to visit and why?

There are so many places I would recommend, and so many I still need to visit, but my top pick would be Sydney, Melbourne, and everything in between. A road trip from Sydney to Melbourne is the ultimate sampler platter of Australia, stunning beaches, cosy little towns, surprise lookout points, fish‑and‑chips stops… it’s impossible not to love it! And then you finish in Melbourne, where there’s always something happening.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Above all else, I love a good walk. A close second is getting stuck into a good book and then there’s Pokémon and Lego - I guess I’m a bit of a big kid in those aspects, but I’m totally okay with that.
