Navigating visa regulations, medical registration requirements and meeting employer expectations can be challenging. Wavelength's in house regulatory and migration agents help simplify this process by providing tailored advice, ensuring documents and applications are accurate, and advocating for clients when issues arise.

Migration policies are always evolving. Recent changes in employer sponsored visas and medical registration pathways have created both new opportunities and additional compliance requirements. Wavelength stay ahead of these changes, working in collaboration with recruiters, regulatory consultants and relevant regulatory bodies to ensure candidates and employers remain informed and prepared to adapt quickly.
    1. The new AHPRA Expedited Specialist Pathway (ESP) now allows eligible candidates to bypass PEP.
    2. From a migration perspective, the recent introduction of the Skills in Demand (SID) program and the Core Skills Occupation List (CSOL) marks a shift in Australia’s approach to skilled migration, replacing the long-standing Temporary Skilled Shortage (TSS) program.

Processing times can be lengthy – Wavelength can speed up visa applications. In a recent case we helped lodge employer nomination applications for 294 nurses, with an average processing time of 39 days vs standard 3-12 month period.
