Richard has worked for Wavelength for over 10 years and currently manages our Specialist, Junior and Mental Health recruitment divisions. As a result, Richard has an in-depth knowledge of the medical workforce challenges faced by healthcare employers.
As the Chair of the Association of Medical Recruiters for Australia and New Zealand (AMRANZ), Richard is also a well-respected voice within the industry and regularly contributes to policy-making and government lobbying.
