2. Once registered, you can refer as many candidates as you like. It's important to confirm that your referral has not previously engaged with Wavelength’s services.
When making a referral, provide accurate and complete information about the candidate. This ensures a seamless process and increases the likelihood of a successful placement. Remember, only the first referral received for a candidate will be eligible for the reward, so get in quick!
The Spring 2025 Referral Program offers lucrative rewards. For a successful permanent placement, where the referred doctor completes a three-month full-time equivalent assignment, you will receive an AUD$1,000 eGift Card. If your referral results in a locum placement, the rewards are tiered: AUD$1,000 for 10 shifts and AUD$1,500 for 20 shifts completed by February 28, 2026.
These rewards will be delivered as eGift Cards via GiftPay, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The program also provides flexibility, allowing you to share the reward with the referred doctor if you choose.
