== The Position == As an Emergency Medicine Consultant you will able to manage your own patients whilst also offering supervision and training to registrars, junior medical officers and students. You will lead by quality example, with a positive and dedicated outlook, and you will help provide the highest quality of clinical care to all patients presenting to the department. You will join a cohesive team consisting of Specialists, Senior Medical officers, registrars and juniors with the on-call consultant support for surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology and general medicine. You will use your prior experience and knowledge to bring the best for the future of the department. The Hospital This 130 bed modern health facility is the largest regional public hospital in Western Australia, with links to the Trauma Registry at Royal Perth. This facility has recently been extensively redeveloped, ensuring that vital services are offered to the local community.  Along with the Emergency Department there is also a Special Care Unit, Mental Health Inpatient Unit, Surgical Unit and Maternity Ward to name but a few.
