== The Position == As Director of Medical Services, you will operationally manage effective, efficient, and safe medical services across the health service. This is a 6 month fixed-term role with a view to extension. You will be actively involved in medical workforce management and ensuring medical staffing models and skill mix are contemporary and in line with facility role delineation and function. You will promote and participate in clinical service developments, clinical governance, and quality activities. In addition, the DMS will have an advisory role to the rural facilities within the health service.
